Founding attorney

Leonard R. Gendelberg, Esq. is the founder and managing attorney of Gendelberg Law, PLLC.  Mr. Gendelberg’s family immigrated to New York City from Kiev, Ukraine in 1979 so he has firsthand knowledge to the issues faced by immigrants.  Mr. Gendelberg graduated from SUNY Empire State College with a Bachelors of Science Degree in 2004 and from Hofstra University School of Law in 2008.  Mr. Gendelberg is a member of the American Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Federal Bar Association, The Bar Association of the District of Columbia, and Law Fraternity of Phi Alpha Delta.  Mr. Gendelberg is admitted to the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, U.S. District & Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Columbia, and United States Court of Appeals District of Columbia Circuit.  Mr. Gendelberg has been published in ABC 4, Fox 5, NBC 4, News 8, Pix 11, WGN 9, Benzinga, Cision, Marketwatch, Morningstar, & New York Times.  Mr. Gendelberg has a passion for helping immigrants and is available to handle both family immigration and business immigration matters throughout the entire United States.
